The Leadership in Training (LIT) is a program that is designed to kickstart the leadership experience by providing trainees with exposure to Lippert’s unique culture and product-building processes through a rotation-based program. It is in place to build the skills needed to lead self, team and business toward high-performance.

Mentoring Program
The Lippert Mentoring Program has a mission of empowering team members to realize their full potential, with a focus on professional growth, leadership development and career progression. Participants experience opportunities to grow, meet incredible people and make positive differences on professional and personal levels.

Lippert University - Series & Courses
Lippert U offers courses and training on a wide variety of topics – from financial wellness and health & fitness, to learning a new language. Courses in this program are customized to meet the needs of our team members. The best part of it all? it's totally free for all Lippert team members!

Our Director of Leadership Development and Personal & Professional Development Coach are both here to listen and offer guidance. Mobile Care Unit
Because we care about the health and well-being of our Team Members, Lippert is leading the way to bring medical care directly to our Team Members in the Northern Indiana region. The Lippert Mobile Care Unit provides convenient, on-site access to medical services and eliminates the common obstacles that our Team Members face in getting regular care, such as limited office appointment availability, transportation challenges, and inability to sacrifice time away from other responsibilities including their work schedules. Examples of care that is provided on the Mobile Care Unit include basic routine check-ups, blood pressure monitoring, check ups for diabetes and cholesterol, sick visits when you’re not feeling well, prescription refills, lab tests and more!
